If you have a question or key word, go to the Search field in the right sidebar to find what you are looking for. Many of the topics are such that a printout of the pages can be useful if you want to go into them more deeply in order to more fully learn and understand the material.
Each main topic or chapter can be read separately from the others, but if you start with the Summary, and continue with the Philosophy, Planning, Mental, Physical, Running and the Marathon chapters in that order, we hope there will be a more complete buildup of logic and basic understanding.
