Trainings snowshoeing with poles
We have a real winter fitness with snowshoes. Every Monday morning and Monday night we take groups out into the woods around Skådalen, Midtstuen and Holmenkollen. Attendance is always Midstuen Parking .
Snowshoe Walking Exercise Content
Each exercise consists of 15-20 minutes warming. Followed about 30 min with varied intervals. The next 15-20 minutes is used as a warm down in combination with the journey home. On weather and temperature permitting tools we eventually out for 5-10 minutes. A training shoe is loaded with 2 clips due. the enhancements we are doing.
All the equipment held by us, so you need not buy the equipment yourself before you see how much fun it is to walk with snowshoes!

This offer has now been in 4-5 years. Much of the credit for this is our partnership with "Mr.Truge" in Norway, namely Hans Ole Lien Home from Hansi AS. No one can snowshoe better than Hans Ole. We also use spells when we go on snowshoes and this gives a stimulation of the body, and we get extra support and balance in very rough terrain.
