PT Personal Trainer
What is PT?
A good question, and something we also want the bad. It is so incredibly funny today as it emerges as PT and suddenly are specialists in exercise and diet. We have experienced many of our customers who have had their own PT from some club. Here are the lessons very mixed, and in the worst cases, people have been driven entirely by gunfire. The most common reason for this is too much intensity and progression, or that PT'en think that they are physiotherapists and begin to treat diagnoses. We think it is okay to warn here, it does not take many hours training before you can call yourself PT. It may be people who are totally usporty and who have no training history, but they have a few hours of training over a weekend. We believe the best expertise is among those who have a proper training history, and who also have the necessary theoretical knowledge. Ingrid has held various coaches over the years. The strange thing is that the absolute best of these were unschooled in training. We believe the explanation lies in the coach's personality, the human factor in it to convey empathy and being able to motivate and inspire. Some have it in them, others do not. We believe much can be learned, but not all, some just have it. Ingrid and Arve both have an over 45 year long history of training or experience if you like. We have gained the theory through self-study, and this you can find out by reading these pages or our two books. With our long experience, one finds also in between that theory does not always match with reality. In particular, recent research on training proves to be highly questionable. Young scholars present oppmersomhetssøkende which is portrayed as revolutionary training methods. Such attempts are usually over 6 to 8 weeks, is often exercised to common recreational areas and there are usually a reference that does more "normal" training. These are 6 to 8 weeks that are most challenging. One can almost do anything for 6 to 8 weeks exerciser, you will get a progress. Just as sin, it is a good short-term. It takes approx. 520 weeks or 10 years to develop a top athlete. What happens in the next 512 weeks?

What we can offer?
We can be structured and plan a training as is done in top sport. The structure is actually important, and it's no different for an exerciser according to a top athlete. The training volume, intensity and progression are very different between exercise and elite sport. We use the term a whole lot in our program. And this implies that we not only think about the physical activity, but remember we also have a head. The head should also be trained in parallel with the physical. How to spend our life is also important, our lifestyle will have a major impact on how we can develop physically, socially and psychologically.
What is good form?
Good form is not defined in any standard we know of. You get such good shape by running strength? This all depends on how you define the concept of form. Strength training will increase the strength of a muscle or muscle group. Trained often with great resistance and repetitions. Strength training gives greater strength as the name, but not necessarily fitness or endurance. We define the form more like endurance than strength. Good form in our world means being able to endure more than 12 repetitions for individual muscles. Good shape how we interpret it to say that the whole body can endure (persevere) thousands of repetitions, be it walking steps, running steps, diagonaltak, Rotak, padletak or bike trails. It's just the way you get good form for the body's main muscle, namely the heart. Why is this so? The heart needs challenges to become stronger. For this heart a great demand for oxygen. To obtain a high demand needed many muscles activated, in other words, one needs to stimulate greater part of the body, which aktivserer more muscles. This happens when you walk, run bikes, skiing, rowing, paddling, etc.
