Running Trainings
The first training run in 2012 will be Monday, March 19. Last training run before the summer break will be Monday, June 18. Pilates Exercise Content
- We start with a leisurely 15 minute warm-up, and after heating, there are some easy stigningsløp.
- The intervals will vary from time to time, it should never be boring and monotonous. The intervals may be short or long, flat or uphill, short breaks or longer breaks, we put in lots of variation from time to time.
