Cross Country Course classical

The season for our cross-country courses are done for this year. We expect to have the same program next year with prices Wednesday as Thursday morning and evening. With us, you really do it both ways, ie a course in skiing technique and an interval in the same place. Our courses run over 2, 4 or 8 weeks. Each session lasts for 75 min, then most had enough. We offer the following training days and times:

Cross country course content

Our philosophy and pedagogy is to keep participants moving more or less all the time.
