Mood and well-being is important to create "growth"

In the bottom of the work we do, we have a basic philosophy. We encourage everyone, no matter at what level you are doing, that you reflect something of what and why you are doing with this. Any activity that has ground in a philosophy which is linked to values ​​has much more value and meaning. Our recommended basic philosophy is based on the overall principle. This principle is based on that we work best if we have a good balance between our physical and psychological fitness, we know these are closely connected.

But we must not only deal with what is going on in body and soul, we live in a complex society, we need therefore also social skills to function in harmony with our surroundings. With the concept of social competence is meant simply skills and ability to cope with our everyday surroundings, so we work well with the world around us, whether it applies to other people or more practical things.

A goal for us was whether we could have a personal "growth" through life. The term "growth" is the typical fy word out in some parts of society, but for us, the concept of an absolute positive expression. That we understand the concept is the importance that we continually evolve, learn, mature, more secure and safer in many situations, that we are in good physical and mental shape and take good care of ourselves and our immediate environment, etc.

A word closely related to the concept of growth is the well-being. Thrives potted plants, as they grow and flower well, and so do we as humans - we thrive as "growing" and "bloom" we - at the personal level. Mood and pleasure is good well-being indicators.

In connection with this we can say we are all responsible for our own "greenhouse" - our lives. Job satisfaction factors in a real greenhouse climate through temperature, humidity and light on soil and nutrient supply. As different plant species has its particular satisfaction factors, we have as human beings different and individual well-being factors. Good welfare provides ample access to another index, namely energy.

Well-being, growth and energy go together and depend on each other and produce a surplus if everything works. Conversely, if these do not work, the opposite happens, we lose profits and are out of energy.

Our "green house" has a few more dimensions that plant life does not have, we have the spiritual, emotional related conditions that should also be nurtured.

We thrive when we do things we feel we have mastered. Coping is perceived as a victory, it gives us a good feeling, and we experience a kind of positive reward. We experience these situations in an environment where we get good feedback and praise for what we do, and we get constructive feedback on how we can improve. Activity within our personal comfort zone is located within what we've mastered.

All activity within our comfort zone feels safe and secure, here we have high confidence. Our comfort zone can also be a limitation if we never do anything to "stretch" a bit on it. It would therefore be a target for most of us to develop and expand the comfort zone, or create personal growth as we have mentioned.

In our daily struggle, we know that the community and a good environment is good "catalysts" for personal growth. It's a good idea to have good friends to share our daily challenges, and maybe even work with.

In our basic philosophy, we are therefore concerned that we have the right knowledge about the human condition today. It is our goal that we should be able to provide some constructive knowledge in these articles. Knowledge gives you a tool that allows you to filter all critical impact we are constantly exposed to.

Pointless statements and publicity about what we need to buy to find the great luck we will soon throw anything in the "trash". How often is played not on our conscience in advertising, creating conscious guilt in us (we MUST, SHOULD, SHOULD, need, etc.) that we are particularly well to perceive a signal of what we have to buy. Constructive knowledge we take good care of our "personal growth" world.

If we succeed in our goal, we have created an awareness and motivation among many of you, preferably without any sense of the index finger. Then we hope it has created an awareness of values, and when the values ​​that really matter to us and the whole community.
