What I find here?
We take you step by step into a whole world exercise, fitness of body, mind and soul. We turn to everyone, man woman, young and old. If you only want to do some exercise, work out difficult situations in everyday life or are professional athletes who bet on the Olympics - here you will find relevant material for your needs.

We start at the top level with the basic philosophy, where we are laying the values of what we do. To achieve anything in life is the planning framework and the clue, we learn to work systematically and purposefully with clear goals and plans. It is not just wanting something in life, so as to expect that things happen by itself.
Coping addresses the methods you can use to get to big and small goals, mastering difficult situations or "treat" mental blockages or barriers. Training doctrine deals with the basics you need to learn about physical activity / exercise. During the Training Manual, we look a little narrower advice for the target groups Children / Youth, Training / Exercise and Elite.

Here you will find that is information about physical and mental activities, training of body and soul, based on an overall philosophy-body, mind and soul are interdependent so that you can work harmoniously. This philosophy forms the basis for activities at all levels if you are interested in lifestyle, health, exercise or elite sport.
The experience is based on Ingrid Kristiansen's career as an athlete in cross country skiing and running. The main message is health, physical activity, endurance and power of thought combined with a more or less normal family with a fit dose of humor, joy and contentment.

Goal
To share good experiences with you in health, lifestyle, exercise and elite sport. Can we get some physical / mental activity to be part of your lifestyle, there is hope that it will be something you want to hold on to for a long time and at any time throughout its life cycle. There are too many offers available today that is only mayflies, it is simply not enough tanks for this to be easy, okay, more or less always available, cheap or free.
